Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at a successful food manufacturer. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal production levels.
- Carry out repairs and maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, and conveyor belts.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve maintenance-related issues and minimize downtime.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Proven experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on health and safety, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
