About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crime Governance Specialist to join our MI & Governance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective management information (MI) and governance frameworks to monitor, manage, and mitigate financial crime risks.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial crime risk management, including anti-money laundering (AML), sanctions, fraud, and bribery/corruption. You will be expected to translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

About the Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain effective MI and governance frameworks to monitor, manage, and mitigate financial crime risks.
  • Translate data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support the Management Information (MI) and Governance functions within compliance.
  • Deliver insights, improve reporting, and ensure governance processes align with regulatory requirements.
  • Gather and document requirements to improve governance processes.
  • Coordinate compliance governance meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
  • Support audit and regulatory reporting through effective MI generation.
