Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Beaumont Manor Care Home. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, including progress notes and medication administration records.

Requirements:

  • Valid PIN and RGN/RMN qualification.
  • Experience working with the elderly, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
