We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Stirling Q&R. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct routine inspections across all facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Plan and coordinate maintenance work to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient operations.
  • Team Management: Supervise facilities staff and provide guidance on health and safety best practices.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to support corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget for facilities maintenance and improvements, ensuring effective use of resources.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior health and safety or facilities management role. They will possess excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
