Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team at HVAC Recruitment. As a Commercial Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing and arranging all M&E related tasks on site, ensuring all allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales, and appropriate quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and arrange all M&E related tasks on the site
- Ensure all allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales, and appropriate quality standards
- Carry out both PPM's and reactive maintenance
- Work on all mechanical aspects on site, ventilation, plantroom, and basic plumbing
- Some fabric and electrical knowledge is also desirable
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent with either an M&E or building services bias
- 18th edition (desirable)
- Worked as a building services engineer in a Facilities environment
