We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Plumber to join our team at HVAC Recruitment Ltd. As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for overseeing and arranging all M&E related tasks on site, ensuring all allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales, and appropriate quality standards. You will carry out both PPMs and reactive maintenance, working on all mechanical aspects on site, including ventilation, plantroom, and basic plumbing. Some fabric and electrical knowledge is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and arrange all M&E related tasks on site
* Ensure all allocated activities are completed to cost, timescales, and appropriate quality standards
* Carry out both PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Work on all mechanical aspects on site, including ventilation, plantroom, and basic plumbing
* Some fabric and electrical knowledge is also desirable
Requirements:
* NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent with either an M&E or building services bias
* 18th edition (desirable)
* Worked as a building services engineer in a Facilities environment - technical knowledge required
* Good knowledge of building services
* Excellent team working, customer care, and problem-solving capabilities
