**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide consultant-level care in Community Frailty, working closely with colleagues to develop acute medicine services.
  • Support the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of illness, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

**Salary:** £120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
