About the Role:

  • Providing Employee Relations Support: You will work closely with staff and management to resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing Absence Effectively: You will be responsible for managing employee absences, including monitoring attendance, investigating absences, and implementing return-to-work plans.
  • Assisting Managers with HR Queries: You will provide HR support to managers, including answering HR-related questions, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Handling Recruitment Administration: You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
  • Overseeing Onboarding and Payroll Administration: You will work closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees, and will be responsible for coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering excellent HR service. You will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, and will be able to communicate effectively with staff and management. You will also have experience in working directly with non-HR staff and managers, and will be able to provide guidance and support on HR-related matters.
