Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
