About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our team. As a Project Director at CB3 Consulting LTD, you will be responsible for leading and successfully managing capital investment projects, reporting directly to the founders of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage capital investment projects from inception to completion
  • Report directly to the founders of the business
  • Contribute to shaping the ongoing growth of the firm
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial inception through the design and procurement process, and site delivery
  • Carry out peer review and report writing exercises on behalf of Clients to critically review processes and projects completed by others

Requirements

  • Operate ethically and with integrity, while prioritising safety and security in all that you do
  • Know how to prioritise, advocate focus and accountability, and be decisive
  • Use clear and frequent communications, drive execution and results, and be impactful
  • Lead by example, demand excellence, and be an ambassador for CB3 Consulting LTD in all aspects of life
  • Proven experience of managing a team within a cost management consultancy environment
  • Proven experience in a consulting environment providing the full spectrum of CM services
  • Understanding of JCT and NEC standard forms of contract
  • Proven ability to advise clients and design teams on cost, value, and risk, not just cost in isolation
  • Willingness to challenge in a positive and engaging manner
  • People management skills and the ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to work under own initiative where appropriate, working closely with the Directors in the delivery of some of our projects
