Job Title: Telecoms Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecoms Security Architect to join our team at Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (MBNL). As a key member of our Information Security function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our mobile network.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Enterprise, Corporate, and RAN/Tx security teams to ensure project deliverables are met while domain teams focus on TSA delivery.
  • Supporting the Head of Information Security in delivering security projects within the domains.
  • Managing risk and supporting budget demands.
  • Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Collating heatmap data and undertaking threat modelling.
  • Conducting risk assessments and making risk-based recommendations for mitigation and compensating controls in a mobile telco environment.
  • Having a good knowledge of Windows end-user devices, Sentinel, and Defender.
  • Having a strong understanding of ISO27001 and Risk Management.
  • Having expertise in security policy, specifications, and standards.
  • Having experience of security project delivery from a technical perspective, ideally from a regulated industry such as telco, finance, or rail.
  • Having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to write clear and well-structured reports.
