Job Title: Team Leader - Chocolate Studio

Join Red 5 People, a charity that empowers young people to develop work skills through monthly placement sessions in their chocolate studio. As a Team Leader, you will oversee the chocolate operations, working closely with a team of chocolatiers to produce high-quality chocolate products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate youth work experience placements
  • Coordinate the team of chocolatiers each day in terms of orders and production
  • Order supplies for the project
  • Be hands-on, working with the team to produce chocolate and help with packaging
  • Occasionally deliver orders and liaise with customers
Requirements:
  • Some supervisory experience in a related field such as hospitality, warehousing, or catering
  • A willingness to work with young people, particularly those on the autism spectrum
