Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team at B&M Retail. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor CCTV footage and report any incidents or suspicious activity
- Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft
- Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in pressured situations
- Strong work ethics, honesty, and integrity
