Security Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in Loughborough. As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our colleagues and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Observe and report any incidents in store
- Monitor CCTV footage, adhering to company policy and procedures
- Enforce Health & Safety guidelines and conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft
As a Security Officer, you will work closely with our Store Management Team to meet loss prevention objectives and ensure the safety of our colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of awareness and vigilance, responding promptly to any incidents, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:- Ability to follow instructions while remaining calm in pressured situations
- Effective communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to deal with challenging customers with professional behavior at all times
- Balanced sense of judgment, strong work ethics, honesty, and integrity
