The Role
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for providing engineering solutions and assisting in an operational capacity across the production lines. You will effectively communicate any inefficiencies to the wider engineering team and support practical solutions. Your key responsibilities will include preventative maintenance of machinery and equipment, assisting with installation and supporting contractors when required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who has completed a multi-skilled apprenticeship (4 year) and has previous experience working within a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will have a continuous improvement mindset and be able to increase sophisticated production methods across site. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to highlight any inefficiencies to senior management.
