We are seeking a skilled and experienced Employee Benefits Expert to join our team at The Recruitment Lab. As an Employee Benefits Expert, you will be responsible for conducting market reviews for Group Risk and Healthcare policies, liaising with clients to gather information and request quotes from providers, and analysing market feedback to produce recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market reviews for Group Risk and Healthcare policies
  • Liaising with clients to gather information and request quotes from providers
  • Analysing market feedback to produce recommendations
  • Managing scheme renewals and processing annual accounts
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Strong experience with market reviews and producing reports for Group Risk and Healthcare products
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • GR1 (Group Risk qualification) or similar CII qualifications
  • Experience handling telephone queries from clients and providers
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 20 days holiday, increasing with service, company pension, life assurance, private medical insurance, and paid study support for professional development.
