Job Title: Group Risk Consultant Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role in the Employee Benefits Consultancy sector? Our client, a leading consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Group Risk Consultant to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare products, with excellent analytical and communication skills. The role involves conducting market reviews, liaising with clients, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure the best possible benefits solutions.

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Conduct market reviews for Group Risk and Healthcare policies
Liaise with clients to gather information and request quotes from providers
Analyse market feedback and produce recommendations
Manage scheme renewals and process annual accounts
Respond to client queries, both written and verbal
Communicate with providers, clients, and advisers via email, phone, and letter
Issue and track invoices for benefits such as PMI, GLA, and GIP

Requirements:
GR1 (Group Risk qualification) or similar CII qualifications
Strong experience with market reviews and producing reports for Group Risk and Healthcare products
Good understanding of Group Risk and Healthcare products and services
