About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Lounge in Bognor Regis. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to our high standards, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Lead by example and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
  • Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure excellent customer service and a seamless dining experience.
