Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 27 Fleet Logistic Coordinators, providing strategic direction and oversight of the supply chain plan.
  • Ensure timely delivery of spares according to planned inputs, maintaining comprehensive oversight of internal performance and proactively identifying and addressing issues to optimize material flow efficiently.
  • Engage with customers and suppliers to address any deviations from agreed service levels, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Validate material requirements and provide strategic direction to streamline operations.
  • Set priorities effectively in cases of conflicting demands, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Take the lead in managing relationships with key customers, fostering strong connections and facilitating smooth information flow.
