You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment, building relationships with residents and their families, and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and provide support and guidance to the care team, leading by example.
- Review and update care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs and wishes.
- Plan and review staff rotas to ensure care support is available at all times.
- Promote high standards of care by ensuring exceptional care duties are delivered, and all staff are supervised appropriately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and pleasant environment across the care home.
- Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promote the care home in a professional manner and raise awareness of the home within the local community.
