About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at Tesco. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of colleagues to deliver a world-class shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate duty shifts, ensuring the store is well-stocked and clean, and that customer expectations are exceeded.
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and helping to resolve any issues.
- Coach and develop colleagues, providing feedback and guidance to help them improve their performance.
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for yourself and your team, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor store performance, identifying areas for improvement and working with managers to implement changes.

As a Shift Leader at Tesco, you will receive a competitive rate of pay, starting from £14.28 an hour, with opportunities for progression and development.
