About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Human Performance Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting human factors assessments and providing expert advice on improving system performance.

You will work closely with our engineering team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Conduct human factors assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop solutions to improve system performance and safety
  • Work closely with our engineering team to implement improvements
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development

Estimated Salary: £43,700 - £62,000 per annum

Location: Remote, Occasional travel to Devonport

Hours of work: 37 hours Mon-Friday
