Contracts Manager

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects from planning to completion.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a seasoned Contracts Manager with a background in flue contracts or similar, as well as contracts management experience, to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end project management, including planning, estimating, and installation of chimney and flue projects
- Carry out site visits to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior management
- Design, draw, and quote jobs to meet client requirements
- Work closely with the team to ensure seamless project delivery
- Contracts Manager or similar experience in the Ventilation or Industrial industry
- Strong knowledge of contracts management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK
