Contracting Manager

At Jet2holidays, we're seeking a highly skilled General Manager of Contracting to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in driving our contracting strategy forward.
About the RoleAs our General Manager of Contracting, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day and short-term contracting function, ensuring it meets business requirements. You'll also develop the medium to long-term contracting strategy for our destinations, working closely with our area managers to coach and mentor staff.
Key Responsibilities- Operate in a fast-paced environment, managing the contracting function to meet business needs
- Develop and implement a contracting strategy for our destinations
- Provide support to area managers, coaching and mentoring staff to drive colleague progression
We're looking for a subject matter expert with excellent knowledge of contracting within a Tour Operator environment. You'll be a proactive and confident individual with a focus on successful delivery and relationship-building. Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills are essential, as well as a strong track record of forging effective business relationships.
