Our Finance Team
The Finance Department at Fitch Ratings consists of over 50 members of staff working in an open-plan environment. The Revenue Reporting team is a key part of this department, responsible for managing the group's revenues from fees won and recorded through to the reporting of group revenues both internally and externally.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Billing and Revenue Associate to join our Finance team in London. As a key member of the Revenue Reporting team, you will be responsible for supporting finance managers in ensuring fees are executed in a timely manner, providing support to the wider accounting group with fee-related tasks, and analyzing billings and revenue data for variances.
Key Responsibilities
- Support finance managers in ensuring fees are executed in a timely manner
- Provide support to the wider accounting group with fee-related tasks
- Analyze billings and revenue data for variances
- Investigate revenue variances and submit reports to finance managers for sign-off
- Month-end reporting
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Good level of general education
- At least 2 years of finance/accounting experience
- Great Excel skills
- Flexible approach to tasks is essential
- Excellent attention to detail skills are a must
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Great organizational and communication skills
