About the Role

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking an accomplished Senior Actuarial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our actuarial department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Lead the actuarial team in the analysis and development of reserving and capital optimization models
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including the Chief Actuary and CUO, to drive business growth and strategy
  • Provide expert advice on actuarial matters to underwriting, finance, and stakeholder teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business improvement
