Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our community adult team at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. The role involves working with adults who require communication and swallowing therapy, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment in a variety of settings.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently but seek professional support and supervision from senior colleagues when necessary. They will also be able to identify, assess, and make a differential diagnosis of communication and swallowing impairments.

Main Duties
  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with communication and swallowing difficulties.
  • Manage a defined caseload and work with an agreed degree of autonomy and independence.
  • Develop clinical skills and professional knowledge through experience, training, and supervision.

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000-£48,000 per annum depending on experience.
