We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to lead the development, delivery, and coordination of a core training program for local partners.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement whole-setting approaches to improve occupational performance and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
  2. Pioneer early identification and intervention strategies to empower the community to better support children and young people's (CYP) development and well-being.
  3. Lead the charge in shaping our core training offer, designed to educate, coach, and upskill adults working with CYP.

About Our Core Training Offer:

  1. Educate and coach adults on improving occupational performance and SLCN.
  2. Empower the community to better support CYP's development and well-being.

Main Duties of the Job:

  1. Conduct engaging and effective training sessions for various stakeholders.
  2. Develop and coordinate training programs.
  3. Enhance the quality and effectiveness of training through continuous improvement.
