We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Director to lead our Paid Media team. This role requires a deep understanding of the paid media landscape and processes, a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to cultivate a performance-driven culture within the team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Paid Media team, ensuring the successful execution of paid media activity across all digital channels (primarily Instagram and TikTok).
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize data collection via paid media.
  • Foster a culture focused on performance and results, setting clear goals and KPIs, and implementing strategies to optimize the volume and quality of data collected.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience running and managing paid media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience across all major digital channels such as Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and display.
  • Ability to field and manage client queries and campaign issues in a calm and respectful manner.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience using data insights to make informed decisions and refine strategies.
