At The Learning Experience, we are seeking a skilled and organized individual to support our Admissions & Communications team as an Assistant to the Deputy Head.

Job Overview

This is a full-time position, requiring exceptional administrative support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing diary management and event planning assistance
  • Offering data analysis and collection services
  • Maintaining strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Bi, with experience working in a similar environment or role with responsibility for diary management.

About the Role

This competitive annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000 will be complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Deputy Head Admissions & Communications. This includes:

  1. Managing complex diaries and calendars to ensure seamless coordination of events
  2. Collecting and analyzing data to inform key decisions
  3. Communicating effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally

You will work closely with the Admissions & Communications team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
