Job Title: Assistant Manager - Cosmetics

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Manager to join our team in Stratford, London. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Support the store manager in creating inspirational in-store events and experiences.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the store, including inventory management, facilities, and cash reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive sales and customer engagement through creative events and promotions.
