Job Title: Precision Machining Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Precision Machining Specialist to join our engineering team at Verto People. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating manual lathes and mills to produce and repair precision parts in our workshop based in Greater London.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience with manual lathes, manual machine tools, mechanical assemblies, and metrology equipment. They will also possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate manual lathes and mills to produce and repair precision parts
  • Perform accurate centre lathe turning for component manufacturing and repair
  • Use metrology equipment to ensure precise measurement and compliance with specifications
