Payroll and Administrative Coordinator

Purpose:
This role is a member of Pilgrims Europe's shared services centralised payroll team, reporting to the Payroll Team Leader.
The primary responsibility is for the accurate and timely processing of wage payments to factory-based operatives across multiple sites in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely processing of weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly paid employees
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and payment details
- Collaborate with the Payroll Team Leader to resolve any issues or discrepancies
About You:
- You will have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proven experience in financial operations or payroll administration
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
