Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Learning Disability Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex and life-limiting conditions.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small hospice and respite centre, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to children with learning disabilities and complex health needs
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Develop and implement individualised care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Learning Disability Nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
