Exciting Opportunity for a Digital Marketing Communications Executive

Our client, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Communications Executive to join their team in Grimsby. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to expand their skillset in the digital marketing sector and work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Content Creation: Produce high-quality, well-researched content that meets the company's style and specifications, ensuring timely delivery.
  2. Social Media Campaigns: Develop and implement effective social media campaigns to enhance brand exposure, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic across all social channels.
  3. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing communications manager and senior marketing communications executive to develop long-term content plans, creating compelling written content that grabs the audience's attention and promotes engagement.
  4. Website Maintenance: Ensure the company's website is up-to-date and maintained, staying ahead of technological advancements and engagement levels.
Requirements:
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent grammatical and accuracy skills, with the ability to critique others' drafts.
  2. Content Experience: Proven experience as a content or copywriter, with a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and knowledge of social media platforms and digital media outlets.
  3. Digital Marketing: Previous experience of working in B2B and B2C social media, managing a network of channels using various social media tools, and a strong knowledge of SEO and analytical tools like Google Analytics.
  4. Technical Skills: Familiarity with web CMS systems or the ability to learn a new system, and conversance with Hootsuite for content coordination across digital platforms.
  5. Desirable Skills: Experience with photo editing software, the ability to act quickly in response to trending topics and stories, and a strong understanding of the digital marketing sector.
