Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - 75,000 per annum, with possible flexibility in the package. In addition to the basic salary, the company offers:

Job Description

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and developing existing key accounts in the industrial sector. You will work at senior management level with customers, including purchasing, logistics, production, and technical/engineering teams. Your primary objective will be to promote the company's JIT (Just in Time), Managed Inventory / Material Management / Value Added proposition targeting companies with an annual spend of £250k+.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts
  • Sell JIT, managed inventory/material management, Kanban, and value-added Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) solutions to OEM and MRO markets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver sales objectives
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar new business development or senior sales role in the industrial sector
  • Success in selling big-ticket JIT, managed inventory/material management, Kanban, and value-added TCO solutions to OEM and MRO markets
