Key Responsibilities

  • Diary Management and Coordination
    • Manage complex diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
    • Book and arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Minute Preparation and Office Support
    • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
  • IT and System Support
    • Update and maintain IT systems, spreadsheets, expenses, and mobile phones, ensuring data integrity and security.
