Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management and Coordination
- Manage complex diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
- Book and arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for senior stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Minute Preparation and Office Support
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide administrative support to senior stakeholders, including data entry, document management, and other tasks as required.
- IT and System Support
- Update and maintain IT systems, spreadsheets, expenses, and mobile phones, ensuring data integrity and security.
