Job Description

**About the Role:** Premier Engineering is seeking a Demand Planning and Forecasting Manager to join their team in Norfolk. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £42,000-£57,000 per annum.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a senior-level Demand Planning role for Supply Chain, with excellent knowledge of MRP and ERP systems. They should also possess in-depth knowledge of engineering and quality processes within a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute demand planning strategies to meet customer demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  2. Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to understand product lifecycles and quality requirements.
  3. Conduct regular analysis of demand patterns and market trends to adjust forecasting models.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** A degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or similar. The successful candidate will have expertise in demand forecasting and inventory management, as well as experience with data, production, and IFS systems.
