At BOARD Deutschland GmbH, we believe in empowering our customers through innovative solutions. We're seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planning Strategist to join our Professional Services team in the UK, focusing on S&OP/Supply Chain Planning for retail, CPG, and manufacturing clients.

As a Supply Chain Planning Strategist, you'll be responsible for leading complex transformation projects, providing technical guidance to project teams, and collaborating with clients to understand their business needs. You'll champion best practices, design solutions that meet client needs, and nurture adoption and repeat purchases.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading complex transformation projects with successful project delivery
  • Providing technical guidance to project teams for successful implementation
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
  • Managing client relationships, building trust, and serving as a trusted advisor

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, and benefits including 25 days annual leave, flexible working hours, and professional development opportunities.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in S&OP/Supply Chain transformations is required. You should have a proven track record of subject matter expertise in Supply Chain Planning, Optimization, or S&OP, with experience in relational databases and data modeling preferred. Anaplan, TM1, Oracle, O9, JDA/Blue Yonder, or SAP experience is also advantageous. PM certifications like PRINCE2, PMI/PMP, or SCRUM are considered a plus. Travel may be approximately 50% of the time.
