Role Overview
This is a hands-on Sales Manager opportunity with a highly successful care sector business. Reporting directly to the directors, you will drive sales and develop commercial strategies for the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage new inquiries and appointments for the team.
  2. Take a proactive approach to customer satisfaction and engagement.
  3. Develop commercial referral strategies and relationships to generate additional inquiry streams.

Person Specification:
You will have a background in sales and sales management, leading from the front and being hands-on within the sales process when needed. You can expect a negotiable basic salary in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 PA + OTE in the region of £80,000.
