Based in Kirkgate - Leeds LS2 7DJ, this position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

You will work closely with clients, understanding their unique needs and circumstances, and connect them with relevant resources and services. Your exceptional communication skills will enable seamless collaboration with external partners, such as housing associations and probation services.
