We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Art Director - User Experience to join our team at Dovetail Games Ltd in Chatham, Kent. As an Art Director, you will lead the creation and implementation of game menu systems and related overlays for in-game features within our Unreal Engine simulations, while collaborating with UI Engineers to design and implement intuitive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining design guidelines, best practices, and standards for user interfaces.
  • Collaborating with UI Engineers to ensure seamless integration of user interface elements.
  • Providing art assets where required and running visual design reviews with UI engineers.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a UI Artist or equivalent role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum. Benefits include a competitive salary, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, life insurance, and employee assistance program. We also offer visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
