Job Role

This role as a Head-hunter involves multi-faceted responsibilities including business development, client relationship management, deal origination, and execution. You will gain exposure to the entire head-hunting lifecycle and take on responsibility for managing relationships and developing profit streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Built rapport with candidates to identify suitable matches for our clients.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Successfully negotiated and executed complex deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Liaised with high-end clients to provide bespoke advice on optimizing business performance.
  • Created detailed market analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Engaged key stakeholders through presentations, face-to-face interviews, and expert market insights.
Remuneration Package

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package with estimated annual earnings ranging from £40,000 to £60,000 in the first year, increasing to £80,000+ OTE in the second year, and £150,000+ in the third year. The package also includes comprehensive training, excellent earning potential, fast-track career progression, and a dynamic work environment.

Essential Requirements
  • Degree holders with a 2:1 or above preferred, but school leavers are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and think creatively.
  • Experience in sales or business development an advantage but not necessary.
  • Highly motivated individuals with a strong desire for career advancement.
