About the Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Service and Sales Professional to join our dynamic team at JLR Preston. As a key member of our Audi team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for;

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to existing customers, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Utilizing strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Identifying customer needs and guiding them towards suitable services or products.
  • Providing high-level customer service to foster relationships and retain business.
  • Upselling additional JLR products to increase revenue.
