Domiciliary Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to join our team at DCA Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating careworkers undertaking thousands of hours of care per week, managing rotas, liaising with social services and the next-of-kin of service users, and participating in the paid on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage careworker rotas and allocate hours to careworkers
  • Liaise with social services and the next-of-kin of service users
  • Participate in the paid on-call rota
  • Use IT systems to manage careworker schedules and communicate with team members
Requirements
  • Previous experience of domiciliary care coordinating
  • NVQ/Diploma Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability
Benefits
