Exciting Opportunity for a Head of Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Maintenance to join our prestigious site near Slough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing first-class leadership and management to our engineering and FM admin team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Delivery: Undertake reviews of all service delivery plans to ensure strategic delivery of the contract is maintained or amended to ensure greater delivery of service.
  2. Financial Management: Have full P&L budgetary control, ensuring stringent financial management, while ensuring that all contract invoicing is transparent and providing value.
  3. Decision Making: Require swift and firm decision making to ensure resolution to issues, while ensuring that the company meets their contract obligations.
  4. Leadership and Development: Lead the delivery of Hard Services FM strategies and act as the central and strategic point of contact in terms of subject matter expertise in all technical aspects and Hard FM services.
  5. Operational Excellence: Ensure all staff are able to successfully deliver by ensuring strong leadership and the implementation of development programmes that are aligned to meet contract requirements SLA's and thus minimise commercial and financial risk.
  6. KPI/SLA Performance: Drive Operational excellence across the portfolio and meet/exceed expectations on KPI/SLA performance.
  7. PPM and Reactive Services: Manage all PPM and reactive Hard Services related activities in critical environments to contract KPI's and performance measures, strategically managing the commercial client's property and monitoring standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a FM building services management role.
  2. Knowledge of BMS, PCS systems and their implementation as well as testing of their equipment.
  3. Good knowledge/experience of Microsoft office packages.
  4. Commercial awareness.
  5. Planning and organisational skills.
  6. Flexible and willing approach to work.
  7. Good time management.
Package Summary:

We offer a competitive package including a starting salary of £70k + Car Allowance (£5k net) + Bonus, Monday to Friday 40 Hour Week, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, 25 Days annual leave + 10 bank holidays, Subsidised Restaurant on site, Childcare Voucher Scheme, Progression & Development, and Employee Benefits.
