At 3Sixty Talent Management Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Auditor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to ensuring the highest standards of food safety and legality.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily factory walkthroughs with relevant managers to ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards. They will also complete online verifications to confirm that manufacturing adheres to the site's critical control points. Additionally, they will perform internal audits to verify compliance with food safety standards and collaborate with the hygiene team to guarantee cleaning is performed to food-safe standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily factory walkthroughs with relevant managers to ensure compliance with food quality and safety standards.
- Complete online verifications to confirm that manufacturing adheres to the site's critical control points.
- Perform internal audits to verify compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the hygiene team to guarantee cleaning is performed to food-safe standards.
- Conduct swabbing verification for cleaning and allergenic control.
- Collect and execute chemical, microbiological, and nutritional testing according to the established schedule.
We offer a competitive salary of £30,888 per annum and a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry.
About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have experience in a similar position and a strong understanding of food-related regulations. A Level 2 or 3 HACCP qualification/certification and internal auditing qualification/certification would be beneficial. You must be able to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, covering days and nights from 06:00am to 18:00pm/18:00pm to 06:00am.
