Join Our Team as a Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Intersect Global. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our construction projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Commercial Manager in managing the budget and cash flow of our projects. This will involve analyzing data to produce accurate cost reports, understanding contractor's works planning and resource deployment methods, and identifying areas for cost savings.

You will work on a reservoir project that is at ECC stage, allowing you to work on the project from inception to completion. This is a hybrid working role with 2-3 days per week expected in the office or on-site in the Kent or Sussex area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Commercial Manager in managing the budget and cash flow of our projects.
  • Analyze data to produce accurate cost reports.
  • Understand contractor's works planning and resource deployment methods.
  • Identify areas for cost savings.
