Sales Administrator

As a Sales Administrator at Adecco UK Limited, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Managers in delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your primary responsibilities will include raising customer purchase orders, ensuring accurate information is included, and addressing any concerns or conflicts that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:- Raising Customer Purchase Orders: You will be responsible for creating and processing customer purchase orders, ensuring that all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Checking Drawings and Sales Orders: You will review and verify that supplied drawings and sales orders are correct and meet customer requirements.
- Acknowledging Receipt of Sales Orders: You will ensure that sales orders are acknowledged within the agreed Service Level Agreement timeframe.
- Cost Management: You will verify that costs align with the set price matrix and escalate any discrepancies to the relevant teams.
- Client Communication: You will communicate clearly with clients, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Account Management: You will update account details as needed, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: You will assist with any additional tasks as required, supporting the team in delivering exceptional results.
