About the Role:
Careerline is seeking an Academic Mentor and SEN Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will provide academic guidance and support to students aged 2-13, working closely with the Head of Learning Success to develop and implement effective learning strategies.

You will be responsible for identifying areas of strength and weakness in students' academic abilities and developing targeted interventions to address these. Your role will also involve overseeing the SEN provision, working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in education, who is passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential. If you have a genuine interest in helping children learn and grow, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The school is a day and boarding preparatory school for boys and girls in Suffolk, founded in 1862. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment, where every student feels valued and respected.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
